The Centenary Circle is an annual donor program for individuals whose financial support reflects their passion and commitment to Sydney Philharmonia Choirs.
The donations we receive from our Centenary Circle members help to secure our artistic future as we head towards our 100th anniversary in 2020.
It is with your loyal support that we can continue to present world class choral music and share the joy of singing with so many people.
The Centenary Circle brings with it personal and unique opportunities to become more closely involved with the company:
- Rehearsals are a vibrant and interactive way to find out about the creative process before seeing a concert. To give you a meaningful insight into our creative process in action, Centenary Circle members will have the opportunity to watch rehearsals in our rehearsal room at the Wharf and at the Sydney Opera House.
- Centenary Circle members will be treated with the extraordinary experience of meeting in person our solo artists, our choristers, our Music Director Brett Weymark and other professionals in the world of music. It is always incredibly special to be given the opportunity to discuss an artists’ musical journey – their career history, training, collaborations with international artists and future aspirations. We feel certain that you will find these occasions insightful and incredibly rewarding.
- There will also be a number of special occasions throughout the year to meet with other like-minded music lovers such as fellow Centenary Circle members.
- As a loyal supporter, we will do our best to ensure that when making a booking, Centenary Circle members and their guests have access to premium A reserve seats.
Centenary Circle members are acknowledged in our programs and on our website. See our Donors list here.
Contributions to the Centenary Circle program are $2,500 for individuals and $3,000 for couples.
